Why Pet Sitting and Dog Walking?
I've always loved animals...I've owned dogs, cats, guinea pigs, horses, hamsters and goldfish! I used to be a veterinary nurse, and then after starting a family I wanted to do something that gave me more flexibility, but also meant that I was still working with animals, so Pet M8 was born.
No day is the same in this job. I can be walking dogs, then cleaning out duck pens, mucking out stables, feeding goats, popping to the shops to make sure some-one can have a cuppa after a long journey home, and then sometimes just sitting on a sofa with a cat on my lap giving him lots of tender loving care while he's on his own.
Why use Pet M8?
I qualified as a veterinary nurse while working at Stow Vets, which is very useful if you have a pet that needs medication. I'm able to give tablets, injections etc to make sure that your pets medical needs are taken care of. I have been police checked and am fully insured with Protectivity insurance.
I pride myself on being incredibly conscientious, very reliable and caring. I will treat your animals, and your home, as if they were my own.
I offer a full initial consultation which is completely free of charge, and gives us a chance to meet each other, and hopefully to meet your pets...although with outdoor cats that isn't always guaranteed!!
